They took over a 30,000 SF Retail/Medical/Office complex for us, which previously had multiple vacancies, delinquent tenants, and poor accounting/record keeping. Within a couple of weeks they had caught up all tenants on rent payments, streamlined the accounting/bookkeeping of the property, and most importantly removed all of our headaches day to day dealing with the property. Within a couple months, almost all the vacant units had been leased out, with multiple current tenants renewing at much higher market rates.
